Would u super set with kettlebell swings? Maybe do kettlebells first so can concentrate better on technique. If doing both exercises then resting

I would. The swings would def help with the return-phase of the ski. That in mind - I would maybe try dbl outside swings

What damper setting should you use??

Honestly, we keep it at “10”. Most of the time people can’t even tell the difference…. True story, lol 😂. I think we used the lower damper settings like 3 times, all for clients w/ post-opp or injury issues
