I am Thiyagarajan (offshore) metal machinist Eight weeks before I applied EOI and ROI for 491 visa on Victoria but still I am not get Invitation. I applied 491 visa on South Australia on march 2022 and here also I didn’t get invitation still now. Kindly let me know when will I get invitation

For Subclass 491, permanent residence to be applied after 3 years from the time of the visa granted. It is given that to be eligible to apply for the given Visa age to be under 45 years. Suppose my age is above 45 years at the time of applying for the permanent residence (after 3 years of the visa granted), does it affect my PR application?

Hi Madam, my IELTS General score is Speaking (8), Listening(8.5), Reading (7.5) and Writing (7). Overall band is 8. Do I get 20 points(Superior English) or 10 points (Advanced English) to calculate points.
