Romo and Amari Cooper would be insane, Dez couldn't even run routes and looked unstoppable with Tony. Dak has shown some flashes this season but he still needs work. I think people arent talking enough about mark Colombo coaching the offensive line. Like skip said there were 3 backup o lineman in and they still were good enough to get the job done. Last year, looked terrible without Tyrone smith. But this year without 3 all pro lineman they still looked good. Impressive

Dak has benefited from having what's widely considered the best O-Line his 1st 2 season6and this year a top 3 defense. How many times has Brady had an O-Line even be considered top 5? Hes maybe had a top 5 defense like 3-4 times in his career. Dak didn’t have two great WR (Gallup, Cooper) last year and no disrespect to Witten but he was a five yard catch guy last year. Now Dak has two young TE that can stretch the field. And last difference from last year is that they have a back up left tackle that can actually play decent and not let the defense get 6 sacks in one game. Those are some of the differences from last year I think. Go Cowboys!!!

I am a cowboys fan yes, but i am a realist when it comes to Dak, coaching, management etc. All I am going to say is, If Dak plays that way in the playoffs, nobody is beating them. If Dak plays the way where he holds onto the ball too much. They will be one and done . Simple as that.

@@tmlfan7785 Yup. Even when Moore played he couldn't do jack. Him being the QB with the most wins in college was never going to transfer to the pro game. Now that he's coaching Dak it's easy to understand any sort of regression by Dak. They NEED to give him a QB coach who can iron out the wrinkles in his game.... Oh and for me anyway, if it means him being coached by another ex-Cowboys QB, i'd take Aikman over Romo any day of the week.

Angelo Peyton When Romo played for the Cowboys they had no o-line, no defense and no run game. Romo would literally throw this bum team on his back and win games with his arm. Dak has the best running back, the best o-line and one of the best defenses and he’s barely winning games. Romo > Dak

Greenkidd what are you talking about? Our o line should be healthy, Fluker could have played but they decided to keep him out and Carroll already said Sweezy will be good to go for the playoffs. If Dallas struggled against the Giants defense then they’re guna struggle way more against the Seattle defense, even with Zeke I dont think Dak has what it takes to pull out a W against veterans like Wilson, Wagner and Pete Carroll

This was the year we turned our season around (3-5@ the midpoint) to win the division & beat Seattle before losing competitively to a Rams team who (in my opinion)was better than the team who just won it.

I was impressed with them letting Dak play the whole game. We needed to win for confidence and momentum. Garrett benched the starters two years ago, and they lost. Then they came out flat in the divisional round against Green Bay.

No one is acknowledging the fact that AFTER the cowboys scored there game winning touchdown that defense still held the giants who have been driving it down there throats all game with saquon barkley and eli manning with possibly the game of his life throwing for 34 or however many and held them to a 3 AND OUT. With still 1 minute plus on the clock after a penalty enforced on the kickoff which the return was to midfield and all the giants needed was a first down for field goal range with a kicker thats 35/36 on the year... held them to a 3 and out and also held them off a 4th down conversion. That gave the D momentum to carry into the playoffs, Dak had the game of his life, im taking the boys 🙏🏽

Skip will say anything to defend dak Prescott. He doesn’t give credit to the offensive line for stepping up with three of their best linemen out who protected dak. But to say Romo doesn’t belong in the same sentence as dak, to say dak is the reason they’re winning games and not Ezekiel Elliot is mind blowing. Didn’t skip throw away his dak jersey halfway during the season? Then he started playing better and then he retrieved it. All of sudden dak is the hero again.

Dude, people keep forgetting Travis Frederick is out. Shannon is talking about there was no Zeke, no Zack Martin, and no Tyron Smith. Dak was also missing Travis Frederick. THREE Pro-Bowl linemen were OUT, for Dak Prescott. His Pro-Bowl RB was out, and he STILL threw for 4 TD's and NO INT's.

Skip, you need to take into account of who Dak was playing. The giants secondary was an embarrassment on Sunday. He threw a dropped pick 6 and another dropped pick on a different drive. And he was going against B.W Webb and Curtis Riley. I respect his performance yesterday but that’s not gonna happen against the Seahawks.

@Jason Dallas' defense may be collectively Top 5, but Seattle had 3 Pro Bowlers in that secondary, 1-2 Pro Bowl LBs and like 2 on that defensive line. That defense let Dallas down against Green Bay because Dak statistically outplayed Rodgers while leading a comeback.

@Jason The offense struggles due to a lack of creativity to scheme receivers open. Dak has his highest completion percentage in his 3 seasons, yet in the media he's inaccurate? Most QBs "struggle" when the run game isn't present or the opposing isn't putting up a challenge vs what they're doing.

@Jason Dak and Russell are pretty much clones. They are more lethal outside of the pocket, but Dallas have tried to keep Dak within it the last 2 seasons. You saw his deadly deep ball accuracy on the run on display again against the Giants. Wilson only has 4 more 40+ yard completions than Dak, but that's also where scheme and playmakers come into play. I've seen Wilson's receivers bail him out often on passes that were tossed in prayer this season. No diss to him, but just saying. Passes aren't going to be 100% accurate, but his guys stepped up where as only Amari was practically the only only making the tougher catches for Dak.
