The Green Bay Packers beat the Philadelphia Eagles 30-16, and maybe the biggest storyline out of it was the long-anticipated Philly quarterback change. Carson Wentz was benched in the 3rd quarter after completing fewer than 50 percent of his passes and getting sacked 4 times. Rookie Jalen Hurts came in and provided a spark with both his legs and his arm, running for 29 yards and throwing his first career touchdown in the loss. After the game, Doug Pederson was non-committal on who the starter would be moving forward. It’s clear the Eagles as an organization didn’t want Carson Wentz. They gave him the money and litterally did nothing to help or increase his chances to succeed. From 2018-2020 the weapons are Carson Wentz’s disposal have been awful. You can’t expect a player to be great in that situation. If the eagles trade Wentz to Indy for example they would be very sorry. Doug Pederson and Howie Roseman have to be fired. It’s one of the saddest and depressing situations considering what could’ve been in philly

@@dawsnoshift You are absolutely right sir; Quite frankly, I believe if DeSean Jackson had been able to stay healthy the whole 2019 season, Wentz would have been just fine__ Sadly tho, that did not happen and we saw how much of an impact that had on us throughout the majority of that season__ Nonetheless, Howie definitely righted his wrongs in these last 2 years with everything he pulled off in the draft as well as free agency👏👏👍👍but most importantly, he found a crown jewel when he selected Jalen Hurts for us💚💚The difference truly was within the realms of the locker room and we fully recognized it back in Week 14 of 2020 in his very 1st NFL start against New Orleans- After that game, we all felt the shift in the atmosphere and it has stayed that way ever since!! 💪💪👌👌Fast forward 2 years later, and he just got finished leading our beloved Eagles to a Super Bowl!! So that being said, we now know that we have been placed in GREAT HANDS for years to come 😉 💚💚💚💚👌👌 Personally, it hurt me shipping Wentz away- but looking at how things have transpired since then, it's awfully difficult to say it wasn't worth it!!!!!😁😁🤷🤷😃😃💯💯

Please enlighten me what do the eagles have to help their qb no matter who is playing the position? Long over due hurts has more speed so he can survive pressure without a line than wentz. Wendtz I believe is still a good quarterback but no separation+ no blocks= bad news for pocket passers.
