I also fly the Kodiak, and I can imagine without a pod, without a rear door that thing is a rocket. Especially if your are anywhere near sea level.

Thanks, i wondered what the other plane besides the Pilatus turbo porter was they used . Can see them all the time driving on Gladwin road as they take up skydivers. When your driving by you really go WTF!? when you see how short the strip is
