I love how Estate Agents the world over invent names to make an area seem nicer I never know my house was in “New Legon” now rather the Adenta.

@@PROPERTYHUNTERGHANA In the UK it’s the developers and estate agents We have had our house in Adenta since the late 90’s, before the Resurrection Methodist Church was built. The areas now described as New Legon are closer to FraFraha. We bought as it was as close to East Legon as we could find a plot for a reasonable cost.

What happened to the judge who sold the house to the lady from Paris but refused to give her the documents to the house. Then sued her for defamation and kept the $190,000.00 with the other judges? I want to hear more of that story
