Hi... you can enter your postcode on slimming world website and it will show you all the nearest groups in your area with time and days. Hope this helps :)

So if you eat 2plates of white rice you will still loose weight? Please can you let me know also potatoes and pasta? I don't understand how this is possible

As per slimming world yes it all depends on your appetite.. if you normally eat 2 plates of rice which is free food you then need to replace half of it with speed food, so this would make it 1 plate rice and one speed food which is veggies or salad etc. Same with potatoes and pasta. I know we all have doubts like this but you have to trust the process and give 100 % with measuring your hea & heb and syns ... good luck
