Here's a quick 360 degree trip through the slot canyon on the wonderful White Domes Trail in the Valley of Fire.
Highly recommended, although it is classed as an intermediate trail. There are some tricky sections where you have to watch your footing and kind of lower yourself down some steep sections from rock to rock.
But, hey, I'm 70 years old and I managed without any problems. Of course, I've hiked and scrambled up mountains for most of my life so I'm used to this kind of adventure.
