@@DUSTINNTIMEU r not alone, I’m dealing with this for 15 years, not everyday problem but it occurs for periods, disappears and comes back again, it usually happens to me when I did not sleep enough the previous night when I’m so tired and supposed to sleep right after closing my eyes but somehow a feeling of anxiety shows up that I hear my heart beats under the pillow, a fear of sleeping prevents me from sleeping. I manage to fall asleep in the end but after a real struggle. It’s a horrific experience I understand your feelings.

Thanks Dr Mandell i was having ashma attacks, when to the hospital, but one thing let to another, after the hospital I was like having deep breathing or rapid breathing, I couldn’t even take a shower or do anything with this breathing problem. I told my son, my symptoms, and he said mom your having hyperventilations, well ashma attacks with hyperventilating is not great, I can’t even walk to the bathroom or do anything, I have to sit and try till my breathing comes back to normal, but when ever I get up to do anything it won’t go away, I’m going through a bad time with was going on with this rapid breathing and is deep too it feels horrible🥲I’ll try this breathing exercises Dr Mandell God willing this will go away, make it a great day God Bless 🙏❤️😊🙌🙌

I try be calm around people but get loused up in drama, I'd love to stop the daily news from annoying me, have to pull the plug on it again so I can be sane. My heart was beating fast and sweating all over body then Searched something on RU-vid to reduce my heart beat. After doing this breathing yoga immediately my heart beat became normal. Thank you doctor.
I'm going to try this, I need something to slow my brain! I don't sleep well because my thoughts don't rest, I wake up 3x per night after taking 3 hours to try to fall asleep. I get 2 to 4 hours of sleep. I take frequent naps because of this. Thank you for giving me something to look forward to going to bed now.

A breath-work practice is a part of my daily routine, at first it took sometime to learn how to breath properly, now I can slow my heart rate in a few breaths, as well as shift and calm my mental/emotional states. Breathing is a very powerful and underestimated, by many, tool.

That's why I like working out because it forces you to breath more increasing your lung capacity/ heart rate so you can take nice deep breaths easily and have more control over your breathing as well as all the benefits of working out in combination with eating dense nutritious food and not over eating also getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep if you stay consistent especially if you've never done any of those things before in 2- 3 weeks you'll notice a difference in overall well being and think to yourself wow I feel a lot better and all I had to do was have a little discipline and consistency. Doesn't matter if you're overweight or skinny doing these things will enhance your quality of life and you'll live longer while not being in pain and agony mentally and physically.
Was watching this video while was having pneumonia. Total 4 days with pneumonia. Though did end up getting hospitalized for pneumonia for 8 more days but did get discharged from there
