5:21 if cody was referring to the initial dthrow, then yes he got rng'd, but if he was referring to the back throw, then it wasn't rng. nana bthrows there because she is in the range where she will throw to ledge

Not as versed in the scene, but i dont understand how you ban wobbling but can still do hand-offs. Isn't it just like harder wobbling that's less consistent? I thought the point of banning wobbling was because 0-death grabs are anti-competitive. I feel like hand-offs looks like mostly anti-competitive 0-deaths. Watching this character is so annoying to me, but idk if it's because how lame it is or if I'm ignorant to something
Handoffs are only guaranteed to work at the ledge. At centre stage it’s a fifty percent chance nana will do a throw that you can regrab. They are also very difficult to do. The only ics that can still play the character at a competant level is slug mof and sometimes Chudat. Nothing compared to old melee
So the execution of a handoff is harder as it requires regrabbing, which is weight dependent on the timing. A wobble only requires one grab to start it. A handoff can also only be a zero to death without rng when near ledge like 3ish character lengths. The wobbling ban reasoning also tends to have various opinions, but mine are that it is easy to learn, works anywhere, and hurt viewership. Ice climbers players nowadays like SluG are arguably more liked than they ever were by viewers now. That said I'm an ices main so...bias.
The combo at 5:25 was not rng, nana always throws towards the edge at certain distances, he knew it would back throw and its probably a guaranteed regrab at that percent
That one felt really boarderline. Like if it wasn’t RNG then it was riiiight on the tangent line. Close enough that I couldn’t tell. The one later on stadium though was definitely guaranteed. Stadium just be weird like that, heh.
Just for the lore, nana starts throwing off stage further than other stages on stadium, but only on the right side, and no it's not a joke, and I dont even want to get into the transformations
