Hey DEFYN, Could you make your own "Climbing the Ranks" series for aircraft from different nations? I know that Gaijin made a series like this, but I think there is a difference between what Gaijin says is good and what is actually good in categories such as energy retention, climb rate, speed, and guns. As an Italian Main I have been hoping for Aerfer jets for years. At first I was just happy to see something unique and Italian and new. Then I realized...it's also OPAF. This plane was a joy from stock.
@@Hadgerz Not a strawman; He is basically saying that if you are not good at the game you should get better at the game - like who wants to be bad at the game? Some people just don't have the mental capacity or the time to develop skills like Defyn. I don't see why the game should give the opportunity to better player to basically free kill worse performers repairing on the AF. There is nothing good about being strafed. And for the campers - I personally haven't seen one in a while, although most of the time I play 8.3 to 9.0. There is also an argument saying that why should ground attackers work go to waste, but I don't fully agree with it.

Anyone who is present when Defyn says 'don't get hit' in one of his videos has a chance to work on their ""hit-avoidance skills"" for lack of a better term. A strawman is a fallacy in which an opponent's argument is deliberately misrepresented in order to weaken said argument. Responding to 'if you get hit, don't get hit' with 'if you have depression, stop having depression' when people are obviously here to watch and learn from Defyn's gameplay absolutely _IS_ deliberately misrepresenting his argument in order to have it more easily refuted. This isn't about buying a house or depression or being sad. This is "Watch and learn, or don't and continue taking L after L". You are absolutely right, though, plenty of people don't have the mental capacity to develop the skills needed to reliably "avoid getting hit" to the extent that Defyn can - and that's fine. The issue is when ridicule comes into play on top of that. Misrepresenting someone who is providing advice and demonstrating it all in the gameplay on-screen is the issue, tell me I'm wrong.

i also love how defyn literally said the solution XD if someone is camping base just use an atgm instead of complaining about how overpowered af aaa is adapt with it and change your tactics. you're not in prop tier where you have inaccurate unguided bombs and rockets you're in top tier where both of those are guided.
Hey DEFYN Thank you for discussing the SAM issue with this patch. I haven't seen anyone else really talking about it, apart from Ash in the Dev Server. All the SAMs are doing is enabling camping the airfield. Personally, I had 3 games already where that's all the enemy wanted to do, circling their own airfield, and the SAMs killed most of my team in the process. I haven't seen anyone playing the J-out game yet thankfully (enemy gets close, J-out, respawn and sit until they circle back, then repeat endlessly) but I think unfortunately a lot of people might end up doing this. Maybe if the SAMs were 30 seconds active and 30 seconds not it wouldn't be that broken, but I agree, it's awful right now.

Took out my f2h for some fun and these plane shaped tumors were making up 50 percent of the team and swarming player after player, yeah thanks gaijin same tier as the f2h
Normal J-7II can’t expect it to spray less when your stuck with 2 basic missiles and60 rounds maybe that’s 4 kills maybe 5 if your shells register but more realistic is 1 or 2 kills. Just change air fields so they aren’t so safe. I’d rather get stranded in the ground because my team falls apart
These people shooting missiles at flatspinning planes certainly is a blight on the already dire situation of this patch. The addition of tier 7 gave me another 2 and a half million rp to grind through until i can get to my draken and mirage so I just started teamkilling these clowns for peace of mind.
airfield sam is one of the worst thing to come to air rb since the jets. It just supports passive behavior which is actually a reportable thing in game (i guess gaijin wants to create more reasons to use that report button)
Yo defyn, can you make a video on the Mistubishi T-2? I just got around there in the tech tree and the plane seems quite capable, but I cant really handle some situations. It'd be great to see you fly that plane.
This thing is going up to 9.0 and getting a repair cost of 25k lmao. Essentially the 30mm versions of the T-160 on the F2 Sabre, but they have more ammo, travel even faster, and do more damage.
@@ushikiii warthunder actually fixed it in the red skies update, if you go into protection analysis on a plane by viewing its armor, you can actually select the shell that the plane fires.
@@ushikiii no problem, they also fixed the damage model for tails as well, so you can lose one part of your tail and not the entire assembly. my favorite partof this update, just like the wing flutter in new power
The p 51 is a great bz but it would be even better if the rudder didn't compress at 300 kmh. It's very annoying, you have to give up a bunch of your speed to get an accurate shot.
So everyone prefers gain reverts the airfield defense back to away that can't do anything so the airfield can be freely strafed? That was painful enough, this much better besides, a4es and other small nimble fast jet planes are dodging the missiles spaa and Still strafing people lol

It's a UFO, I went into a trunfight 1v1. I was in a Ho229 at around 650kmh this thing outturned me. He actualy turned tighter than Ho229. Then the Vixen ... the definition of pay 2 win. I played today vs the Vixen. It is the embodiment of cancer. Blatantly undertiered assholemobile. I am done with this game. Or at least 7.3-11.0. Did not know the german tech tree could be even more powercrept. It's insane. On a side note. You say if you need more fuel take more fuel. Dude. Me163? What about the Me262 C2B? Without boosters its a 6.7 plane at 8.0. You have to run min fuel to stay at least somewhat competetive because of wrong BR. Bombers??? What about CL13? Without running min fuel you cannot keep up with the supersonics and go around dodging missiles with a full tank. Go play Me163B0 or CL13 now. I dare you.
Turn your mouse circle to the direction you want your plane going. Hold C for free camera view. Use S to turn in, and tap W a couple of times to get balance out the G force you get when turning steep.
