.....another excellent video presentation Peter, very informative and detailed, with a no nonsense agenda and straight to the subject at hand. My one grief is that you are costing me money, i.e. just when I thought I had everything - you go and spoil it by introducing another piece of useful equipment...! I have purchased four Zhiyun gimbals now with all the stuff that goes with them..! I am going to attempt to make my own Dual Handgrip, using my now redundant hand held stabilizer grips and machine the required parts to fit my Crane 3S, and it should look and feel the same as your Smallrig version (he wishes!) My only hope is that the complete system doesn't become too heavy - I live with a herniated disc (L4), in the lumbar region of my back, which gives way from time to time and disables me for a few weeks! I will also try this dual handgrip system on my lighter Crane 3 Lab and my Weebill S. Best wishes - Alan, London

Great video Peter! Zhiyun should put the option to switch inverted for using it like this. It's very anoying that it flips around each time you turn it on or switch modes. I send them multiple messages for this, but no reaction....

Take the arm and flip it over so its on the other side of the camera, then you wont have to spin it around each time

I dealt with this same issue and realized its a pretty easy fix. Another way to explain this is find the locking points on the motors, lock them and flip it so its inverted. Make sure the arm comes down on the left side of the camera.

@@benfolsom361 Thanx man! I actually found out a week after posting this question. My first reason to flip the arm was because the arm would be closer to the center on the left side of the camera. And suddenly it didn't flip.

I got it for my weebill s, had trouble mounting it as its made for the 3s and it has these pins on the base where you'd attach it to the weebill base, but I was able to mount it with a few mods, but it works fine.

I bought this thinking that it will also work for the Crane 3 Lab, but those 2 little metal notches on the center connector plate stop it from fitting flush. Is there an adapter that will let me use this with the 3 Lab?

Peter Makholm I have been suffering for 3 months already, trying to stabilize. Someone told me that the Blackmagic 6k camera is a problem for the Crane 3S😞😞😞 It's not about the weight, but the fact that the body of this camera is wide - for the Crane 3S it is difficult to stabilize.
