I love the Kents so much but what I love more is what they represent and Clark said it right here, Martha is his heart and soul meanwhile Jonathan is his moral compass, I don’t remember if he said the latter somewhen but we all know that he is.
The next 7 episodes are prob my faves of the season so i cant wait for those reactions although like there are some tears in the near future so be warned dev but besides that these next few are nothing short of epic😭😭😭
What i meant was he hasnt blatently attacked anyone. The more I think about it the more I'm understanding his side. He is trying to preserve his species and mold his son into who his people need. The teenager he took over died in that accident, Jor el didnt kill her. When he threatened to kill Jonathan in the cave he was only trying to get clark to come with him. Clark's mistakes are what causes jor el to act, he's given clark chance after chance to listen to him and accept his destiny. Jonathan never would have gotten sick if Clark didn't run off to metropolis, wasn't Jor el's fault. Martha wouldn't have lost the baby if Clark never attacked the ship. Not once has he ever been the first to act with hostility. I'm not trying to say he isn't without faults because everyone on this show has a few but he is an A.I. not a living person with emotion. If he was evil he would've killed off most of Clark's friends and forced his son to follow. Idk I feel weird about him now, the first few seasons made him appear so evil but the more I watch the more I believe he is just trying to his best to protect his son.
@@lostgamer1261 he branded clark after telling him to rule with strenght and that he has to fulfill his destiny. Thats enough to understand Clark being resentful of jor el
@@ThePunisherSpider yeah well Clark wasn't exactly getting the message. The guy carries his people's legacy which means he needs to become a leader. I dont know how kryptonians discipline their kids but they arent human, things might work differently. Though harsh it was jor el saying dude alot of shit is at stake and you have a responsibility as the last remaining kryptonian. It's just not black or white anymore when it comes to jor el, i believe deep down he is doing what is best for Clark, or trying to anyway. It's a messed up situation far beyond what a teenager can comprehend so I don't blame Clark either for being hesitant about jor el I thought he was evil at first as well
I agree. But in all fairness any death/near death scene in any show scene can make anyone tear up lol. Unless the acting is straight up over the top terrible
I actually like how Clark didn’t understand what his birth Dad did since he didn’t understand that it was the universe that required to maintain a balance thankfully it didn’t happen this episode I like how Fine kept away from the Kryptonite to hide his identity Well I don’t blame Clark for being angry with Jor-El since he tried to force things against his will at least twice not to mention kidnapping and brainwashing a human to pretend to be Kryptonian and let’s not forget he threatened to kill Jonathan I actually like how Chloe got onto Fine’s trail since he wouldn’t know that info if it wasn’t because of the Fortress Crystal and/or the Jor-El AI I like to think he planted the info in him because he knew Clark wouldn’t listen but knew she would
