My 86 year old father and 77 year old mother live on Long Island and have been house bound since the pandemic hit hard in March. I live in Montana and we have been getting together virtually three days a week to do exercises. This routine is one of our favorites! Thank you Jackie for making it possible. Your exercise program is thorough. We get to use all the muscles of the body and we really like the music. You get right to it!

Wow. Great stuff. Sometimes u need to move and this is dynamic. Thanks😊 yes, I'm working on my health and stop by here ever so once in a while. Need that extra umphh.

Today I've co-taught my 1st class for people with MS - I think Jackie's vids are brilliant and I'm glad that with your special insight, you think so too. Our class was a bit mad though, lol, we have some 'polishing' to do! Best wishes!

Great moves! I use this at work with my patients. Where's the rest of the video though? It's suppose to be over 7 minutes long? We really enjoy this one. Thanks a lot. :-)

great workout - the music really works well - would you please post the name of the song and who its by? would be helpful for people who are homebound and would like to do this exercise. thanks so much - look forward to more workouts from you-awesome!

Best I've found so far that meets my needs, but still a bit slow. Can you do a version for younger people who are only limited by a broken foot that they can't put weight on? ;and maybe some more modern music ;-). But, this is still nice to have. And Ii especially appreciate the fact you don't talk down to your audience!!

Thanks so much Jackie! I've been looking for a very do-able yet challenging morning workout for myself just like this. 2 questions: 1. Can I do it slower & still get the same results until I work up to speed. 2. I work with Sr. dementia residents. Can they do it slower but I'm afraid never get up to speed?

hi everyone ,if anyone else trying to find out exercise equipment for seniors try Loctavan Senior Fitness Strategy (just google it ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend got great success with it.

There are several suggestions for senior exercises Start with the basics for exercises for the elderly. Get the big picture and explore how to safely begin an exercise program! Learn correct posture before you start in order to help maximize the benefits of exercise. Watch our posture video for important exercises. Review the proper techniques of breathing to improve your lung function and energy level. This video will show you how. Increase your flexibility to allow full motion in your shoulders, hips, and legs with these exercises. Watch our stretching videos for valuable instruction. Build strength in the arms, legs and back to greatly enhance your functional independence with our strengthening videos Gain endurance and improve your ability to walk and participate in energetic social activities like dancing and nature outings. Develop better balance to increase your safety in the home and in community. (I discovered these and the reasons they work from Seniorcises site )

Estas rutinas de bajo impacto(low impact) son fantásticas para las personas que tenemos condiciones en las extremidades inferiores que no nos permiten realizar rutinas de alto impacto. Y no necesariamente tiene que ser "Seniors" porque habemos un poquito menos jóvenes que necesitamos ejercitarnos y por tener algunas condiciones no podemos.
