I have doing your exercises regularly for over 3 years, I usually do a set of five (around 20 mins) each time, followed by other different sets from various people, and would like to say how enjoyable I find them, despite not really being an exercise fan. I must say they certainly kept me on track during Covid lockdowns. Thank you so much. X
Thank you so much for all your exercises, Jackie! I can do them on my chair and feel no pain. I usually do 30' to 1 hr (I have all your videos and keep repeating them). I feel great afterwards.
the way she comes back from the warrior pose - at about 4,30min- is totally dangerous. She should have brought the extended back leg first, dragging it through the tip toes...If you have OA never do it the way she showed
