Is the stereotype of Asians being smart true? We compare the most intelligent country by IQ, how easy is it for the average person in that particular country to absorb and learn new things. We compare 187 countries and rank them according to their intelligence quotient.
Note: Average IQ of 100 and standard deviation of 15 was standardized as the British mean. 100 IQ does not imply global or country average.
Disclaimer: This is based from a research paper from "IQ and the Wealth of Nations" (Richard Lynn, Tatu Vanhanen, M. Stuart, 2002) and may be outdated. While IQ represents that it is easier to learn new things, it is not necessarily means causation. Other factors such as creativity, perseverance and passion affects intelligence too. The data is for information purpose only and should be used with caution.
Countries excluded due to lack of information: Grenada, Monaco, Palau, San Marino, South Sudan, Timor Leste, Tuvalu, Vatican City

As a brazilian, I know that what is actually burning are the farmlands around the amazon, their owners let trees grow there naturally to restore the nutrients in the soil, those fires have been happening for at least 20 years now. Too bad that the low IQ prevents them from realizing that removing trees with fire burns the ground and some of the nutrients in it as well. If it wasn't for the forest nearby, overloading the ground with nutrients, there wouldn't be any farms there.

I hope people understand that IQ measures a very particular type of intelligence. Maybe I’m wrong but I heard that the us government devised the original IQ test to to assess who is capable of being an officer. (Maybe be also info IDK), the point it it’s measuring the way in which ones brain is highly developed in a few specific ways for specific jobs and also let’s not equate it with morality or being a “better” person. How many lazy smart people do we all know? I know a ton. Also having a high IQ doesn’t necessarily mean someone has a good business mind right?

This video just means competition and persistence. Ability to adapt and create new things in the shortest term possible. From a secular point of view, it is quite accurate. Italy being on top of Europe is not surprising since they have that consistent average and exceptional performances from one generation to another and from one school to another major level. Besides! You find a lot of priest-class characters in Italy -- more than any other place found either in America or Europe. Priest-class characters learn a lot of languages and pass on a lot of knowledge to many. Singapore has many accomplished ones. You can find a hero among hundreds, wise men among thousands, but an accomplished one among a few hundred thousand. Africa just has many heroes.
