Nice brisket, nice bark, very moist, I love my 560, low & slow is way to go!!!!!!!!

I have to agree on the 560. Mine has been a real pleasant surprise. Got a solid deal on it and didn't know what I was getting into but now I'm just looking for things to cook on that bad boy. Thanks for checking out the vid! :)

How much charcoal did you burn thru?

I would wager between 8-10 pounds, did not count the briquettes but I filled the hopper to the brim and I believe my Masterbuilt takes half of a 20 pound kingsford bag. It didn't burn through all of the charcoal I put in, so my guess would be roughly eight pounds.
