My favorite meal of all time... the one... the only... Liver and onions! Although the end result will defer from the traditional pan fried method, these livers are nice and tender off of the smoker. I'm using beef liver, but you can use calf liver, venison liver, or any liver! Add in some bacon and we are on our way to a tasty meal. Let's get started!
