I use my smokers to cook everything from pork, chicken and beef to exotic and wild game. Growing up loving the outdoors, fishing and hunting, etc. I quickly became a believer of never letting any part of the animal go to waste. I love trying new things and going out of my comfort zone- hopefully it inspires others to do the same. I'm no "pitboss" and I'm definitely not a chef, but that doesn't mean us normal folk can't have a passion for smoking meat!

Have a suggestion for wild or exotic game for me to throw in my smoker? I won't say no... if I can find it, I'll smoke it.
Recipe: Glaze 1/2 cup each honey/maple syrup 1tbsp mince garlic 1tbsp thyme Brine 4 cups brown sugar 1 cup kosher salt 2 tbsp black pepper 1tbsp garlic powder 2tbsp dill
Just found this. Don't have a Masterbuilt anymore. It died in a hurricane, unfortunately. I do have a King Chii (cheap, but mostly adequate small smoker that I picked up on a good sale), and I know how to adapt recipes. Tonight, it is smoked liver and onions! This looks amazing.
@@MeatyMike It took a little longer, and I ended up finishing the liver in the oven but the taste!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll probably never pan fry liver again! My husband, brother and Iloved it! So the next night, I smoked up a couple of pork tenderloins.
Made em… And LOOOOOOOVED EM !!! I used 4 grain whiskey barrel wood for the first 3 hours with a honey bbq rub. Boom Shacka Lacka. Thanks for the video 👍🏻👍🏻
I hate liver and would never think of having it it my smoker. However, with my meat order I received 10 pkgs of liver. I came across this as my sister is a lover of liver, she wants me to smoke some for her. You convinced me to try this recipe, only to cook, not for to taste. 😂
Honestly believe is a bit overcooked, I also wrap the tip of the tentacles in aluminum foil to prevent them from burning, seafood isn't meat, you can easily eat it raw, you just need the smoky flavor without making it dry
I'm doing this tonight. Cooked many ways. I've never disliked any of them. I'll be sure to let you know my ranking! Good stuff, and I love the excitement you have in your videos. Keep em coming.
