In today's video I am doing up some easy smoked eater ribs on the Traeger Ironwood 885 pellet grill. To put it simply, this easy smoked ribs recipe is fantastic, and cooking it on the pellet grill really brought a wonderful and unique flavor to these smoked ribs! I highly recommend giving this recipe a try if you haven't before! The simplicity of using ingredients that most people having in their home really made these smoked ribs easy, and there is a reason that these at home eater ribs are my favorite, and definitely my go to when craving ribs at home!
What is your go to at home smoked ribs recipe? Let me know in the comments below!

Ingredients
-Cookin’ Pellets Hickory Pellets
-16 mesh black pepper
-Lawrys Seasoned Salt
-Vinegar BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Prep:
1. Trim the ribs per the videos instructions and season front and back with black pepper and then Lawrys.
Cooking
1. Fill the hopper on the pellet grill with Cookin' Pellets Hickory Pellets.
2. Set the temperature to 275º
3. Let the ribs smoke smoke until it gets a good bark/color, and the rub has set.
4. Once the the smoked ribs have a good bark and color, lay down a bit of sauce in foil and wrap ribs tightly with the meat side down in the sauce.
5. Once the ribs are wrapped, return to the pellet smoker and continue cooking at 275º.
6. Once the smoked ribs are tender, remove from foil and put back on the pellet smoker to dry out the ribs before applying the sauce.
7. Once the ribs have dried out on the surface, coat evenly with sauce and let the ribs smoke for 3-5 more minutes or until the sauce is set.
8. Once the sauce is set, remove the ribs from the pellet smoker and let rest approximately 15-20 minutes, slice, and enjoy these easy at home eater ribs!

Those looked great, love the higher temp cooks which I got to because of you. I also like doing spares for the "mid cook snacks" as you called them. Probably my favorite part of the cook is not having to fight the family for which ribs they want, I can make them to my darn tastes...LOL Nice video, thanks!

You first say you're smoking at 275 then when you wrap and are getting ready to put them back in, you say going back in at the same temp 250? Which is it? I'm going to assume you meant same temp 275. Could you clarify? Ribs are already on so I'm going to leave them at 275 all the way. Thanks for the vid.
