Ending up stopping the program bc of a small injury & a family emergency where I had to be overseas. Ended up being detrained for almost a full month. For any experienced powerlifters out there, you’ll know how hard that affects progress when it comes to training, especially for competition. Going forward, I’ll be running Squats 2x a week (heavy and lighter/higher volume technique day, Deadlifts 1x a week, with Bench 2x a week) or maybe I’ll say screw it and run Smolov Jr on my bench to redeem my honor. JK :p who knows though? Haha
