no welding. generally doesn't work so well welding aluminum and steel. panel bond, lots of bolts and bracing and some riveting. Structure is replaced with aluminum channels and boxing
@@hestermannmotorwerks Yeah, obviously you aren't welding Steel and Aluminum together. I ment something like adding steel plates, channel, or tubing to even keep the vehicles from sagging while the rockers and floor are the only things trying to keep it aligned and square. Plus adding some strength back in for crash survivability, off roading, or just durability for doing ''UTE'' things. Cool. Adhesive, Bolts, and Pop-rivets will Git-r-dun.
