In this food travel vlog, Trang and I eat some late night snails at a street food restaurant in Binh Thanh District, Saigon, Vietnam.

Eating snails on the street at night time is a classic Vietnamese activity. Usually people will go out with friends and have several different plates of snails, some beers, and hang out.
For any foodies traveling to Vietnam looking for an authentically Vietnamese dish/activity, definitely try out some late night snails!

One thing i will say is that in this video you both look comfortable in each others company again compared to when your dad was visiting and possibly just before that ,and good to see you both smiling again instead of looking like the troubles of the world were on your shoulders !

The smaller snails looked good. I like the chili and butter sauce idea. But for me more of the butter sauce. You guys do look good together now. Both smiling and having a good time together.thank you for the video Tyler 😊

I only like the small snails. Garlic butter is my favorite. Btw you were right in my neck of the woods at that place. I’m around there pretty much on a daily basis.

Snails don't have much taste, it is the sauce which gives them all the flavour. Escargots in France are stuffed with butter, parsley and garlic.
