Wonderful selection! It made me want to have exactly everyone you chose. Unfortunately, here in Brazil it is very difficult and expensive to have access to RSD releases. Your choices were perfect!

Thank you for this! I didn't know about a lot of these coming - The Ghetto Bros. was reissued before on a 2LP set from Truth and Soul Records - I have that and it's amazing. Im def. gonna pick up some of these!
Hi Nadine - Every RSD I hope that Facts Of Life by Bobby Womack or Sweet Exorcist by Curtis Mayfield get a reissue & I'm always disappointed. Maybe one day !
FYI, The Donna Summer album is available as a 2 discs set one red and blue dics. It has some remixes and Love is in control original 12 inch single version plus a song that was released on the B side of the 45 Love is in control, Look for it under Donna Summer 40th anniversary edition strongly recommended. I personally stay away from picture discs because of their increased surface noise.
Ah:, da fehlt no was - bezüglich RSD: 94East - "Prince bevor er Prince wurde."könnte man sagen. Ich hab sie zwar schon auf CD, aber für´n turntable brauch ich es schon noch. Der Dealer meines Vertrauens hat sie für mich schon vorgemerkt . Sister Rosetta Tharpe steht natürlich auch auf der Bestellliste für den RSD (auch wenn das eher Rock ist)😃 Chaka Khan ist auch vorgemerkt - danke für den Hinweis.
I worked on a project with the guy who is reissuing the Joy record. My experience is that he gives a lot of attention to sound quality, which is good. However, I believe I saw that this is not exactly all the tracks from the original "The Time is Right" - it looks like he used a selection of tracks from Joy's first two albums (which I think is a strange choice when using that title).
Oh no. Why?! A reiusse of this record is so overdue. As it is sooo expensive and that would have been a great opportunity for fans to get the record for a decent price
@@Souldisco The guy from the label (Music Take Me Up - MTMU, right?) responded to a comment on Discogs giving some reasons, but they weren’t very convincing … check it out under the release (I think the upcoming one is just a repress).
