have you got any advice for solo queuing? because i’m hard stuck silver but i don’t think it’s my fault because i always have good stats but i keep on getting matched with new players and i feel like it’s holding me back because mercy is so reliant on her teammates.

Ehhh things are different this season. honestly you'll have to learn other characters. Playing mercy at all this season is very difficult 😭 she needs some buffs. Learn kiri or Moira if you haven't :)

tip from a master supp player, do not obsess over stats. getting better at overwatch is a lot of learning what actual value is. But in general, with Mercy you should be focusing on damage boosting an ally doing a lot of damage so you can try to push damage breakpoints and kill your target. Mercy's healing was already meh, but with the addition of the dps passive, Mercy's healing is really not good, meaning there's even less emphasis on healing with Mercy. PLAY YOUR LIFE. Do not go in for a suicide res unless it is your only other option OR if you're conteseting a point and you could res a character that has a powerful ult ready! But, this season is tough for her. All in all, Mercy is unfortunately in a bad spot rn :(
