This is my first year going to EVO and I'm so hype for all the SNK goodness that awaits. Still hoping for a whole Street Fighter team to be announced instead of a single character for KoF but we'll see. For Fatal Fury, I have no idea whose gonna be revealed next but I'm hoping my boy Duck King comes back.
For CotW demo, I'm pretty sure they said only Rock and Terry will continue in the roster, so I bet they are waiting until 2 more character are revealed to drop a 3rd demo with Jennet and 2 others. But if SNK reveal only one character I can see Marco staying, because from the first demo only Preecha remained and Tizoc/Hotaru got the boot. So for next demo it can be Terry, Rock, Jennet and two others or Terry, Rock, Jennet, Marco and someone else. Edit: Please SNK, reveal Xiangfei and put her in the next demo
I said it somewhere else but I think we could get info on a few things this Evo: 1. Obviously more COTW chars 2. Cotw game modes 3. Cotw online beta(?) 4. Exact release date for cotw? 5. Kof XV DLC roadmap & why chars were chosen 6. Kof XV manga followup (haven't heard anything about it for a while) The band performance was last year's evo, I remember because they used Terry's MOTW theme and everyone got hella suspicious about why it was included (it was used in the COTW greenlighting trailer) so I could see a continuation of it happening this evo. Funny enough Evo always ends up happening when I am on a road trip so I just get the entire car ride to tune in and eat up hype news on an otherwise boring car ride.
Something they think is a big deal, but I don't know... They'll probably show up in Max's stream to talk a bit of shop, talk over a few matches, rhen tease an announcement during top 8. Then before or after top they'll rattlle out a bunch of announcements. A new SNK world tour, a new CotW character and an announcement that they'll be collabing with SF for a new thing. I bet they won't even say it's a guest character for kof15, just announcing they're doing something.
I'm pretty keen to see what SNK shows off. Also, hoping and praying one day they port the KOF 13 rollback to PC one day as I've always wanted to give the game a proper go =)
Me and my wife are gonna be there this year (2 years in a row now!), realy want to get my hands on 2xKo and CotW! hopefuly we get some hype crossover news (SF characters for CotW) would make my day!
