Snow Hiking In Colorado! 

On Thursday, I started over towards Sylvan Lake from Colorado Springs. But... I knew I had some gear to pick up. So, I headed to REI in Dillon Colorado. I planned poorly and got there too early. This was great though... It gave me an excuse to go hiking. Embark on a thrilling adventure with us as we tackle late May snow hiking on the Buffalo Cabin Trailhead in Eagle's Nest Wilderness White River National Forest. From snowy landscapes to breathtaking views, this hike is not to be missed! I headed up to Buffalo Cabin Trailhead and went for a snowy hike looking for an Alpine lake. I climbed over this mountain and headed down the other side and back before I finished my hike. From there I headed to Sylvan Lake where I had a cabin waiting for me.
