Frozen butter cutting tip: Heat your knife slightly, and dont forget to wipe it off and reheat it between cuts. It'll save you from getting the imprint of the back of the blade in your hands. (And it doesn't heat the butter up too much.) 💙 Love you guys.

pro tip: when rolling out pie dough, give the dough a quarter turn after every pass with the rolling pin, it adds a little bit of extra work but it will help stop the dough from cracking and keep it more circular :)

I live in Vermont and we've had an artic chill come through and it's currently a lovely -5 below zero. It wouldn't be bad if we had more snow but around 2-3 inches doesn't insulate anything. It's usually like this in late December early January.

okay this was not the spaghetti pie i am used to!! but it looks sooo good. for us we used the spaghetti noodles mixed with egg, butter, and parm to make the “crust” then layered cottage cheese, meat sauce, and mozzarella over it then baked that! sooo good
