Growing up as a kid in Maine my dad showed me a couple of bubbling springs. They were very similar to this one we always walked to the spring from camp to fill the old gallon glass vinegar jugs with the freshest spring water around. Excellent job Chuck!!!

Good to see winter has arrived for you. We were at 71°F just 3 days ago and has strong thunderstorms and a few tornadoes that night. I think it will have its pros and cons. My other stove I suspect will run a fire longer. But this one will be faster to warm up and warm up the tent. 👍

Nice looking stove Chuck, but with the openings around the hinges on the sides, she is going to be a hungry, just make sure you have a warmer sleeping bag than the young fella, and he will have to be the one getting up every couple hours to stog her with wood LOL!!

Top of the season to you and your family Chuck. Seeing that stove kinda makes me mad I bought the Winnerwell medium with the glass. Mind you, I like the ambiance it gives, but I like the lightness of the titanium too, especially for canoeing. I take the medium one in my 16’ Lund moose hunting. Take care!

I think both stoves have a purpose for sure bud. The nomad won’t warp and fast and will stay warmer longer. The fastfold will heat up after but undoubtedly burn out faster. We just need to get them all !! Lol!! Thanks for tuning in bud👍

another awesome video buddy!! up here in northern ontario were i live there is next to no snow left . we had about 2 feet and it all melted away!! hopefully some coming soon. we are getting excited for sled season here soon!! Merry christmas chuck from up here in northern ontario. mike

Another outstanding video and great looking little stove. Did you ever try one of those little electric gas pumps for filling up your water buckets on the ice... A new one of course for water only... It just came to me when I was watching scoop up the water with a pot...

Yes I have bud but if it’s really cold it gums up in no time actually. Plus the batteries have to be kept super warm. Merry cmas to you and yours bud 👍

Great video Chuck, thanks for posting. Nice looking stove. Would you actually use that grate for grilling, like meat? Seems like cleanup would be a mess, and the stove would eventually become a very effective badger lure. Merry Christmas.

Yes I would use it for a steak etc. I’d just burn it a little longer to ensure all food remains were burnt off. 👍
