✳︎Ingredients / makes 10
◆Bread dough
・Bread flour : 160g
*If you divide it into two bowls, about half each, the yeast will melt well and you won't fail easily
[Bowl A]
・Yeast : 3g (1 tsp)
・Sugar : 9g (1 tbsp)
・Beaten egg : 26g
・Water (40°C) : 75cc
[Bowl B]
・Salt : 3g (1/2 tsp)
・Unsalted butter : 20g
◆Topping
・sausage : 10
*Please cook the sausages in advance, remove from heat and drain.
◆For finishing
Beaten egg, as needed
Ketchup, As needed
Mayonnaise, As needed
Mix cheese for pizza, As needed
*You can use any toppings you like!
✴︎Rising time
First time : About 25~ min (40℃) / Second time : About 20~ (40℃)
*Time is only a guide, so please adjust it according to how the dough puffs up
*Preheat the oven just before the end of the second fermentation.
✴︎Baking time
Bake at 200°C for 11 min
