Hey Ryan @ 49:25 you honestly made me tear up man. I wish my boss had your kindness thoughts. I have been with him since I was 11 years old started working at his store after school sweeping his side walk for a couple of dollars to go to school to buy myself lunch. Then he started another business after the store was sold. So now I’m 48 years old and have no retirement plan from here. Feels like I have worked for nothing and the day I can’t do this anymore I will walk away with zero.😢 So who ever is reading this try to find a good boss that treats you and thinks about your future like Ryan said toward the end of the video.

Retirement plans would be a long term game changer for many of your guys. A game changer that they won't truly understand for years. I go through Fidelity. They charge me around $1,200 a year. I match 5%. So all of my folks contribute 5%.

Great video Ryan. If you get a blue tank of propane and clicker torch head to keep on your form truck, you'll be able to just hit the end of that pvc tube and it should soften up the tube enough to fit your fitting on it. Let it cool, put your purple cleaner and glue on and done deal. It will save you time for any other pvc parts that may come from a different source for the store's pvc products. 38:42 ur a good man, ryan. With a big heart. I do the same thing when kids come door to door selling chocolates to be able to go on their school field trips. I always ask em a few questions, and then tell em ill buy em all. After paying them and they hand me all the candybars, i hand them right back and tell em to sell them again so they can take some money with them on their field trip. I just want the kids to be able to go with their classmates to remember growing up together.

Hey Ryan Just a suggestion why not buy rebar, wire mesh or anything needed for a concrete job by the bulk and start Victory supply and sell to anyones. You can also do winter supplies too. With all that land, im sure you'll have space room for it.

Ryan, I think with the concrete not setting up too quick though its 100 degrees outside is because of the humidity level. The higher the humidity, the more water is already in the air, therefore the slower it takes things to dry (including concrete). So even though it's hot, if the humidity is high, it's going to affect your concrete's speed of setting up. Just thought I'd put that out there.
