I love how you said, "just because a chapter ends, doesn't mean the book is over" bc that is SOOOOO TRUE!!! I am gonna start quoting that to my family & friends ❤
The fact that really famous female influencer is telling her audience that there ARE good men out there makes me so happy!! There really are such beautiful men in this world! Like more than you can imagine. Finally good men are getting appreciation 😊
The worst people always seem the loudest on social media because it creates them a lot of drama attention (and lot of people talking and arguing about them). But definitely good people exist too. Possibly helps that she doesn't necessarily have bad traumatizing experience, they just didn't match as a couple.
I got married at 21 and wow I look back at how young that is to get married. I was still in college, living with my family and boom got married and moved in with a man I had met six months prior. FF to 2024 and we’re still happily married and bought our first home together. ❤
I’m 20 and engaged! I will get married after my 21st birthday, is it young for marriage and starting a family? Most people would say yes, but he’s 27 and has a home and a good job and most importantly he’s a good man and committed to having a family and a stable relationship, I’m so ready for the marriage life and hopefully I will have a long relationship like you guys ❤
@@currentlywaiting1081 The problem is not young marriage. It's young marriage and having kids. Being a DINK where you have the freedom to travel and your body is still healthy and in good shape is different than being a SINK relying on a man, when your body is ruined, your health is in decline thanks to sleepless nights and the hundreds of complications from pregnancy... those are the ones that hit 30 and get divorced and lament losing their 20's.
@@currentlywaiting1081 I don’t think it’s young but I do believe if you have any goals of dreams you want to accomplish I’d do them before having children. Children while enjoyable do get in the way of a lot of things. If your dream is to be a wife and mom, then fulfilling them should be your number one priority! Congratulations on your pending nuptials!
Being 54 and being married 18 years to my best friend After losing my soulmate the day before we were to wed when I was 25 I thought I would never find anyone else Life has a way of working out Thank you Haley for sharing your journey ❤️
@@Victoria_Loves_Jesus Thank you that means a lot to me. I was very blessed to have my husband come into my life. Also that he understands that I still miss my soulmate Life has a way of saying We must go on Remember the past While grabbing hold of the future
Thank you for sharing your story. The person I was going to marry (we had plans to get engaged this year), changed his mind a couple of months ago and needs space to work on himself. It feels like I will never be happy again.
@@Aag-wr2gqchildren, I can’t count how many times I’ve come across porn videos while scrolling through youtube shorts. It’s a very good thing to not be allowed on that side of RU-vid.
@@josephkingsford8480 clearly the fact that you took your time to comment this breathtakingly clever comment means you're probably also part of "generation clueless."
I love that you are respecting his privacy. Most people don't care after divorce and just reveal everything. You are so sweet for caring about his privacy and preferences! 💗💗💞💞
We live & learn & grow!! So it’s important to talk about our past!! But my ex loves his privacy so I try to talk about it as little as I can for his privacy 😊
I can relate to your story in my life. Thank you for giving me advice and being open about your life in this way. You are helping young women out there know that divorce is okay to talk about and happens and being civil and kind to one another shows respect and friendship. You’ve moved forward in a lovely positive way and it’s admirable. You also bring so much laughter to others and have kept your positivity. ❤ I love your channel.
Thank you Haley this is one of the best advices I have literally ever heard from someone you’re so open and honest yeah you’re like untouchable. Thank you as someone who struggles with mental health your videos and just everything you do helps a lot.
This just popped up in my recommended. I absolutely love the positive message! Glad everything worked out for both of you, Haley. Good luck to everyone on finding what makes them happy!
I needed to hear this today, Haley. My story is pretty much the same. Got married way too young, it sucked, now I'm gathering the courage to tell my husband I want a divorce. I love him, but I can't love him as a wife, only as a friend. I'm hoping one day that we can look back at this and learn from our mistakes. P.S. don't get married young.
I've been married for three years, and we've been together for 9 years, and it's a roller-coaster for sure!! BUT we've never been so in love as we are now, so hppy in each others company. When we gave eachother our yes'es (we married at 22 y) it was for better AND for worse!! There is so much hope! And I believe marriage is work, not a fairytale as Hollywood want's us to believe. Who knows, if you stick to your promise, mybe you'll be blessed beyond measure in a couple of years? Rooting for you!
You just gave us more reason to love you, Haley. It's obvious that you and your ex-husband still really care about each other...and your advice about relationships is PRICELESS for encouraging your younger viewers to keep hope alive even AFTER a breakup happens. Thanks for sharing this!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
A lot of people in the comments section are saying "don't get married young!" But I think the most important thing is that you know exactly what you're getting into when you're getting married. It just so happens that it is mostly young people don't know what to look for in a marriage, but that doesn't mean no one should get married young. I am 20 and engaged to a God-loving, empathetic, emotionally intelligent (I could go on for hours) man, and we agree on life goals, finances, future children and life style, etc. As long as you have your priorities straight and pray to God for advice and direction, marriage will be much clearer and easier.
I’m your age, I’m glad you’re sharing your wisdom and being such a good role model for younger women that might be going through the same ❤ we need more influencers like this in the world.
Beautiful message! I’m glad you shared this experience in such a respectful way while also trying to give a positive message to your subscribers. Well done! 🙌💖
This was wholesome and I needed to hear the part about how if one amazing relationship ends it doesn't mean it's the last one. I have broken up a few months ago after a 4 year relationship with someone who is amazing but we just don't want the same things for the future. But I just can't imagine finding anyone else who will be as great as he was. I'm not in a rush or anything, but I also shouldn't lose hope for the future and this helps, so thank you ❤
ykk what i love about you is that you def have 2 sides to your personality; you have your funny, humorous side and your real side. you always need that in a person! love ya, haley :)
Haley, I love the way you are on your channel. You are just having fun with it, with a little bit of 'real' thrown in there occasionally. Such a pleasure to watch! Thank you!❤❤
aww that's so sweet of you to share your story. it's so encouraging and positive & many people out there definitely feel comforted because of what you said
Now THIS! This is why I appreciate your content! I LOVE the real Hayley! Real love continues. It’s passion that ends and later becomes a negative emotion. Thank you so much for sharing this.
Thanks for being open about being divorced. As a young divorced woman, it’s hard to talk about. Need more public figures like you to be open about it so we can remove the shame.
that was the best advice ever - girl thank you so much for this. I love you and your ex stayed positive over this situation, it's nice to see that they're actually some good people out there than can accept divorce and their marriage now working out. I wish you a lot of luck with the relationship you are in. I'm positive your bf will love you for who you are 💗💗
So true Maám You've started to raise my expectations Now I wanna be someone who would at their good behavior even in bad situation. And also find someone who'll always have my best interest in heart !
Haha I was literally going through all your videos until I found out you were married but I wasn’t sure if it was real so I’m glad you made this to clear it up lol ❤😊
I have problems detecting sarcasm and some forms of humor. I have always wondered who/how you really are. Thank you for this insight into your personal life. I now consider you a dear and hilarious friend, that, unfortunately, I will never meet in real life. Keep shining on, Babe!
Great insight and advice for others. You were brave at that age and that experience helped you gain your superpowers as an influencer. Thanks for sharing
this was such a nice reminder. although i am 19💀, i went through only rough relationships and on top of that my parents are divorced and were the worst couple so i kinda lost faith in men and overall love. but this made me hopeful🥹🥺 love u so so much haley as always!!!!!😭💗
can't you guys spot a single good nice guy? i come from Asia and rarely see divorce (atleast around myself) here people know how to commit to a relationship and not abandon it.
I'm from Asia too, and let me tell you in my country divorce rates are very low because it's seen as taboo and usually people get stuck in it due to family and societal presure. Even though things are changing slightly now this still prevails here. In the case here with such relationships (not all, just the problematic ones)there is no commitment or loyalty. Just saying but now it's indeed hard to spot a good guy..guess it's different in my place compared to yours despite both of us being part of asia@@Iris_too
It’s important to be able to understand if you love someone romantically or love them as a friend. It’s nice when you open and honest like this. Your so funny but you know when we need a pep talk ❤
10 minutes ago I had no Idea who Haley Kalil was. Not sure why RU-vid threw this video into my suggested views....probably because i'm a guy. This was not the video I expected, but it was a video I GREATLY appreciated. Cheers Haley, look at you throwing out some words of wisdom. Really could do with a short series on a bunch of things that are often a little difficult to talk about in public.
I married at 20 and my husband was then 21. We were in a relationship for like 2 years before we got married and I can say after 6 years its still beautiful.
''In America if you're married, you're a hero and if you're divorced then you're a survivor.'' Honestly it's a culture shock for me, i come from Asia and here people get married for their whole lifetime, i rarely see divorce. But everywhere on internet, reddit i see divorced Americans who rushed to get married and then don't hesitate to get separate like why get together only to separate?
That's so cool that you guys loved each other and yourselves enough to do what was best for both of you. And that you are still friends to this day. The whole feeling like there's no good guys out there is too real tho😅
Your openness about your past resonates with the teachings of my life coach, Lisa Haisha. In her recent retreat, she highlighted the transformative power of embracing one's journey. Your courage is truly inspiring.
You being serious is soo cool lol 😂… I really thought this was made up until I went to the comments to confirm… Great advice & glad you both were so amicable even as you ended your relationship 😁👌🏾
