STEP BY STEP
WET INGREDIENTS
1 C BROWN SUGAR
1 C GRANULATED SUGAR
1 STICK BUTTER & 1/2C VEG OIL
MIX WELL NEXT ADD 4 ROOM TEMP
EGGS ONE AT A TIME
ADD 2 LARGE BOILED SWEET POTATOES
2 TLB VANILLA EXTRACT
1/2 C HONEY
2 C BUTTERMILK
DRY INGREDIENTS
MIX IN ANOTHER BOWL
2 C ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 1/2 C YELLOW CORNMEAL
1 TSP SALT
1 TLB BAKING SODA
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
2 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP NUTMEG
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER NEXT
DRY INGREDIENTS LITTLE AT A TIME TO WET
GLAZE
1 STICK BUTTER
1/2 C BROWN SUGAR
1/2 C HONEY
