As a used 3 series owner, i can understand these feelings. I should say one thing "Talking cars are doing great". 100% genuine. Am experiencing the same things😅

I personally find the whole time spent on researching and learning on a German / generic VAG product and fixing / sourcing things yourself quite enjoyable. It is not everyone's cup of tea and will eat your time and often leave you frustrated, but it is baptisation by fire and improves your breadth of knowledge as petrol head like no other brands will. In India, lack of skilled independent garages / DIY culture and delay in sourcing quality parts hamper ownership experience of these cars, worsening their reputation further.

Yeah, now we're talking. Carving your own niche in a crowded automobile vlog world.... Really informative and feels like I was there inside that 3 series with you guys... Keep going.

Awesome guys...I too have the same experience here in usa with 2015 320i xDrive. The door handles start melting, plastics feels like brittle, AC will not blow air if is is too hot climate and need to park under shade. But I can’t change this car because of its driving dynamics.

Very nice findings. I have been using a German vehicle for the last 7 years. Bought as a new and still driving the same at 150000 km. As you said the feel is great to drive the car even though it is a bit expensive to maintain the same.

This is a detailed and informative video that is usually not available on RU-vid. Great work. I liked the way you cited examples and described the issues. Just a minor comment. I wouldn't compare Camry with C class. I own a C class, and I can clearly feel the difference. Camry is FWD. I would compare that with CLA instead. Hope to see more such videos.

A new S Class is way out of my budget but a 3-4 yr old S class is available for the same price as a new E. Which one would you recommend - a new E class or 3-4 yr old S? Also, what is your opinion on a used E class as against a new one? Thanks very much in advance

Well made video. German cars have their own heritage and characteristics. So do Italian, American and Japanese cars. But sadly in India they don't sell their good cars. In India, most driver's cars readily available are all German. But I hope to see more JDM legends like the Honda Civic Type R here in India. Also as they have said these machines require love and care, it's not something that you fill petrol and drive.
