This popped up on my feed, and I just want to say, great video! Thank you for sharing. Seiko does make some beautiful watches, I just wish they used sapphire crystal more often.
You have a solid looking collection very diverse and unique. I agree with the over price Timex automatics and I have that same Invicta. Respectable collection!
Thanks for a great review…I have had great success with Tandorio and Invicta and would buy them again, especially considering their relatively reasonable prices.
I have a few Invicta’s which mostly were gifted to me, but decent watches for less than $100. Check out the Invicta 1953 as it a excellent watch I have mine in black pvd, if you can find it for less than $100 you’ll be pleased but a lot of sellers on Amazon want like $160 for it.
If you want sapphire you can change them out yourself. I changed out my orient after putting a big scratch in the mineral crystal. It takes a bit of effort but is worth it. All you need to do is measure the one that’s in there.
@@bluecollarwatches7048It needs a bit of prep and research but once you've done one the next one is easy. You've just got to be gentle getting the case back off and keep everything clean when inserting the new crystal. Rodico (watchmaker's putty) comes in very handy. Aliexpress have tons of sapphire crystals available in lots of different form factors and with varying anti-reflective coatings. Double domes look nice.
hello sir would you recommend a addiesdive seiko tuna replica ? i have my doubts about the quality and i am hesitant on buying it i am not in the position to buy a real seiko tuna because price and i cant baby a watch in my line of work but i want something that looks impressive enough when i am in the office and i dont have to baby when i am in the field so a replica seems the logical choice.
Yes, AddiesDive makes a nice watch I have one that’s a seiko SRPD homage. Just don’t believe the water resistance rating on AliExpress watches but who dives with these watches anyway ?
@@bluecollarwatches7048 yes, thank you very much for the information, im gonna have to wait a little bit longer tough, i had the chance to buy a video card from a friend for really cheap so i am gonna prioritize that, about the water resistance all i care is being able to wash my hands and the occasional splash of a garden hose. i cant even swim so anything beyond 50 meters doesn't really matter to me.
