Correction: 19:23 I said that CES only requires "five pages" for its doctoral dissertations but also posted that the current standards which showed that the minimum length was 120 pages and 50 citations. My source of the "five page" dissertation was incorrect. However, 120 pages for a PhD is still a substandard length for a doctoral dissertation, and does not change the overall critique of the inadequate standards required for a "doctorate" from CES.
