The Strudel with Ricotta Dough is really simple and quick to make, very soft that melts in your mouth! Combined with Apples, Walnuts and Raisins (excellent for disposing of Christmas supplies) it makes this melting cake with various textures!
Excellent for breakfast and for any time of day, it stays soft for several days!
With this dough you can also make biscuits or tarts that have already been tested several times, I also like it because it is light!
Ingrediants:
300 g Flour
150 g Ricotta
1 egg
60 g Sugar
40 g Milk (about 7 tablespoons)
40 g Seed oil (about 7 tablespoons)
1 sachet of baking powder (16 g)
1 Orange (grated)
Apricot jam
2 Apples
5-6 Nuts
Raisins (optional)
1 Orange (freshly squeezed)
2-3 Cookies
