In the manga, Omaeda's sister and was stabbed and in the air, BG9 actually confirmed the girl (forgot her name), being his sister by having the same reiatsu by being blood related (or something like that), and Omaeda screamed because he knew she would die if BG9 let her go from being stabbed

​@user-wz7tp9pg5m Kubo made changes for the anime version but some stuff was removed without his permission. I assume this wasn't one of them but it hasn't been clarified by kubo so it's possible thst his is what kubo wanted to have soi fon do

His voice is filtered to sound more like a robot so of course it’s hard to hear it’s the same Va. (I didn’t know at all it was the same guys as I’ve mainly watched this anime in dub)

Thank you! Most people don’t realize that the only reason we see her struggle in her fights like she did with the #2 Espada and BG9 towards the end is because her opponent hard counter her in some form. BG9 most likely having the K for knowledge scrift that lets him absorb information faster than normal and come up with a counter for her complete Shunko. If Soi Fon was fighting almost any other sternritter, they would be dead before they even notice. When the author has to hard counter you you know your bad 😂.

A lot more people are hoping on the Soi Fon train, including me. I didn't hate her per se, she was just met for me. Now she's grown on me a lot.

Yeah, disappointing really. Also the whole Omaeda segment was just cutting corners since he actually tries to attack BG9 not just throws himself under his wire... it seems like they just don't want to animate more then it's required too, complete bare minimum.

Sadly, Bleach just doesn't have the audience in once had. I mean it has enough audience for it to have the final arc animated, but not strong enough audience where the studio will take its time flushing out the fights like they used to do in Soul Society and the fake Karakura town arc. Which is unfortunate in my opinion.

@@JA-vu8my I don't think It has anything to do with the audience. It has everything to do with this arc being a seasonal production and not a year round production like the original Anime. They don't have the luxury to expand on every single fight as they only have a little over 50 episodes to adapt this arc. So they must be selective. I'm sure they are wanting to use that time later on to extend those fights that were cut short toward the end of the arc. Which is likely why Kubo and the Studio are trying to cover as much plot as they can until they reach that point.
