Made this video while in Thailand (Feb 2024)when I sold one of my two condo in Pattaya, I sold the smaller one which I really wanted to keep but the renter offered to take it off my hands.
My goal is to get a better return over the next five years than I did with the condo in 12+ years when I owned it.
Been trying to sell the bigger condo, but no buyer as yet. will update, will make another video when sold
