The Sole E95 Elliptical is a smart elliptical with 20 levels of incline and resistance. The incline ramp helps target your quads and glutes, and you can also use the stationary handles to get an even more concentrated leg workout. The moving handles are large and allow you to get a full-body workout.
The E95 is Sole’s largest residential elliptical and may be best suited to larger users. The stride is fixed at 20 inches.The pedals are adjustable through ten degrees. The adjustment dials are a little hard to use, but most elliptical users should not need to move the pedals more than a couple of degrees.
The touchscreen display is 13.3 inches. It has built-in apps for training and viewing entertainment content. If you have a subscription to Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and other video streaming services, you can access all your favorite shows and movies on the E95. There are also built-in training programs including fitness tests and interval workouts.
While the Sole E95 does not have built-in trainer-led content with automatic incline and resistance adjustments, you can use it with the Sole Plus app. This app connects via Bluetooth and screen mirroring to the E95. The app has quality studio classes for a free service.
The Sole E95’s frame and flywheel are covered by lifetime warranties. It is quite a heavy machine (242 lbs) that needs a dedicated space in your home. While it does have wheels and a grab bar to roll it around, it is best kept in a permanent location.
