The bulk of your studying should be for Math Knowledge and Arithmetic Reasoning. Otherwise, you might overwhelm yourself. Literally, at 2:01 in the video, I said this: "When you multiply or divide across the inequality sign by a negative, change the direction of the inequality sign."

You only change it when you multiply or divide across the inequality sign by a negative. You can add and subtract all you want. For question 4, we did not divide or multiply across the inequality by a negative, so there was no need to change the direction of the sign.
