I wanted to say thank you so much for helping me pass! No book on Amazon could help me but these videos! I got 25B like I wanted and I’m leaving next month thank you!
I just wanna say thank you so much I’m joining the army I take the asvab in July i’ve been watching your videos for the past six weeks and my score went from 17 to a 36 to a 50 I will continue to watch your videos until I take my test :)
As of today I've taken two practice tests and my results have been 17 and 11 respectively I'm hoping to gain knowledge and better understanding through your videos
I’m trying to fully knock out everything there is to know of mathematics knowledge to be very prepared for the asvab. I’ve already took it and thanks to you I went from 15 to 46 on the asvab after studying 3 weeks but I was off by one point for the mos i wanted. After this I’m intent to tackling the arithmetic reasoning. Anything specific I must know about the arithmetic reasoning ? My score for arithmetic shockingly was the lowest of them all
I took my ASVAB this past Thursday and got a 30, watching this video really helpful for me to study so I can pass next month so I can finally enlist in the guard as a 09R
Great video, Grammar Hero. Quick question: Since you aren't allowed a calculator on the PiCAT, I'm assuming that with all the formulas requiring a radius to be multiplied by pi, an example being the area of a circle, you should be comfortable with long multiplication using 3.14 after you have squared the radius?
That is correct! If you work through the videos in my geometry review as well as my math boot camp playlist, you'll see that I work everything out by hand!
Grammer hero I was wondering what videos are best to start with if I want to get good at arithmetic reasoning and math for the asvab? If you don't mind me asking
Honestly, I would do this: Learn the topics in my free math knowledge and arithmetic reasoning checklist: www.asvabapp.com/checklist.pdf Learn and memorize the formulas in my free reference sheet: www.asvabapp.com/Reference.pdf Take all of the practice tests in my ASVAB/PiCAT Math Boot Camp or on my website (www.asvabapp.com/ ): ru-vid.com/group/PLhlU-GzAQeG2ete7N8QjR2dDN_CaIH67z Watch the videos in my Algebra Review playlist: ru-vid.com/group/PLhlU-GzAQeG32uoM-Brd8JueNwDHZWz-o Watch the videos in my Geometry Review playlist: ru-vid.com/group/PLhlU-GzAQeG1BzuI5ecUqykpMQnIXSN86 Generally, most people don't have any issues with Word Knowledge or Paragraph Comp, but here are some free resources: www.vocabtest.com/ - If you learn the words in grades 6 to AP senior, that will be 2,400 words in total. The bulk of your studying should be for Math Knowledge and Arithmetic Reasoning. Otherwise, you might overwhelm yourself. That said, you can check out Union Test Prep's free practice tests and study guides for the topics I don't regularly cover on my channel, including Auto and Shop Information, Electronics Information, General Science, and Mechanical Comprehension. Union Test Prep's free study guides: uniontestprep.com/asvab/study-guide Union Test Prep's free practice tests: uniontestprep.com/asvab/practice-test Good luck!
I'm glad to hear that! Honestly, if you're somewhat decent at math already, you could really just focus on my Math Boot Camp playlist: ru-vid.com/group/PLhlU-GzAQeG2ete7N8QjR2dDN_CaIH67z Half of those videos are Arithmetic Reasoning practice tests, and if you go through them, you'll become exceptionally good at solving word problems! Good luck!
dont feel bad i took it twice and failed both times (hardly did any studying) 20/21. i take the asvab tomorrow morning and im not so confident that ill pass lol. good luck to you tho and try to study more.
If you spend a month or so studying, you should be able to do well next time! Good luck! My RU-vid channel and website have all of the free resources you need to pass it!
