Strymon recently released the BigSky reverb plugin: a one-to-one recreation of their famed hardware stomp box of the same name. If you know me and my music, you know that I'm a big fan of Strymon and the BigSky has always been in heavy use in both studio and live situations. So far, I've been using the BigSky in my studio as outboard. To now have this reverb pedal as a plugin is a game-changer...
In this video, I demonstrate just a few of my favorite settings that I use all the time in my production and performances. I'm using an electric piano plugin I created called "The J3PO Electric Piano MK1," which is my 1973 Fender Rhodes, sampled for Ableton's Simpler/Sampler. I will most likely release this library (exclusively for Ableton users) this holiday season. In the other two examples, I use some presets I made for the Arturia OB-Xa.

I have presets available for the Prophet 6, Prophet Rev 2, OB-6, Prophet 5/10, Arturia OB-Xa, XLN's Addictive Keys Mark One, Softube's Model 72 and Model 84, and a free bank of 50 sounds for the free VST synth “OB-Xd” - all available on my website. If you're a Nord Stage 3 or Wave 2 user, download my bank from the Nord Keyboards website.
