No wonder you’re hardly ever online anymore Your day to day is like an action movie

Early morning of December 6th 2020, I stumbled upon a car like that off in the bushes. Luckily glass on road is what caught my attention. I had to swerve to avoid a few things. I park work truck and go over to the car. No one is inside beside a woman screaming and crying on the speaker phone. I look around and no one. Forgetting about the object in road I go to the truck to grab my phone and noticed it’s the person laying on the highway, middle lane I think it was. I go to grab him and pull him off the road. The person got ran over by two semi trucks and a few cars. I couldn’t make it in time without getting hit myself. I remember that date because that’s the morning I quit for unrelated reasons. I’ve stumbled across many vehicle accidents and that was actually the worst one. I remember one night not long after I completed my PHTLS course back in 2019, I had to pull a woman out of a flipped vehicle that started burning a little. After I joined up and volunteered on a FD, seeing and dealing with things like that is just a normal day to me. Even til this day when I stumble across things like that I’m just like, really another one.

Never a dull moment. I’m pretty sure that someone would’ve crashed into that car that was blocking the lanes if you weren’t there.
