A good old Smith!!! Check if there's shims in between the crane and cylinder to many will make it seem like a really stiff spring !! My 57 needed a couple but to many made it really hard to turn the cylinder ...
I must agree with you, I couldn't believe my eyes, there is nice ones out there, most of them, like this one, barley been shot, He wants it for the same reason as a night stand pistol tucked away, I have already told him, go out, put a few rounds through it then put it away.-Dave
UJ said that the price should be around half of what I quoted. I think it will do everything that someone would want without all the rest of the extra stuff you don't use.-Dave
Well, I have been doing a little research, this pistol is a No dash 36 and is older than I first assumed. I'm recommending that he shouldn't shoot it(other than on an occasion or two) or make it an EDC gun also skip the spring kit and keep it all original, I'm recommending that he just goes out and gets a Taurus Mod-85 for carrying, this is too pristine. I will show a spring kit installation someday on my Mod-10. -Dave
Thanks Thor's Axe, I'm excited to give our community an affordable easy to use camera to help with those in load Development, NRL22 matches, game watching, plinking, ect. Though its affordable, it's thought out design will triumph those which cost 4 times the amount. I am testing reliability on multiple devices with a few folks. Ill post updates and a email campaign when these are ready on DPGunworks dot commmmm
Ken, I call you Ken because that sound like a little boys name (Kenny). anyway, ya I thought you really hit the pinwheel "X" with that device. like UJ said, if you smoke it with a round it isn't like you hit something super expensive, although there are people that $50 is a lot of money, Time are not so grate all across the country, however, still that price fit's any budget out there. Keep that inventive mind of yours going dude. -Dave
