5:00 laughing as a stress response isn't unusual Fooster. Staying in character, Jess's adrenaline spiked when she heard Jack being startled, and was immediately relieved when it wasn't anything serious. So the laugh is more like her saying "Thank Goodness nothing Bad just happened."

This game is absolutely insane, as soon as you're allowed to post chapter 4 we are all waiting patient, as soon as I saw chapter 1 I was hooked. These creators outdid themselves, we need more!!! 😂

Loving this series - voice acting is amazing! Just wanted to also point out that 38:04 is also extra creepy because Jess not only knew/heard that Jack was attacked by someone, but he also told her at 21:53 that he found Nick's body in one of the storage sheds. Super creepy for her to see a random guy appear in a dead guy's suit, but smart of her to ask him who he is to see what he says... if he gave a different name but had an explanation (i.e. I'm Bob but my suit was damaged and this was the suit that fit/Nick is missing/has extra/lent me his....etc.) then it would be fine, but she wanted to see if he would lie. The fact he did means he most likely killed Nick and she should book it ASAP... clever lady!

No joke this is probably Troy Baker’s best work…He keeps getting better and better. That first scene with him and Jessica had me shaking in my boots

EDIT: UPLOAD MORE! The devs did a fantastic job with the dialogue but also the body language. They really captured the body language well. For example,. when Jess first encounters Wyatt, the feeling of tension and unease was detectable in their body language alone and I think that is such an important aspect for games like this because it adds so much flavour to the interactions and enriches the experience several times over. While we're on the subject of visual details, the world building is A class. So many little details that would likely go overlooked by the regular player but to those who like to investigate and appreciate, you can really see how much work they put into things. Like the personal quarters of each crew member not only has relevant items to them on a personal level but also on a professional one. The facility feels lived in and thats so important not just for a game of this genre but any game, I feel. You want the world to feel believable.

The expressivenes on those video logs is next level. Extremely compelling

Jack saying "Why is everything after me?" really relatable. :D As things often falling down when I got near them when they are perfectly balanced on shelf or on tables, or even just putting things on something they often fall down.

The dialogue, voice-acting and the facial animations in the videos are just superb. The latter are the best I have seen in any video-game.

Does anyone ever remember being a kid and renting movies? Before you started watching, you had to get ready for it such as popping some popcorn. This is how I feel when I watch Fooster. I have to get a pinch of Red Seal, sit back, relax, and curl up to watching these videos!!!

The plot reminds me of Doom3. Mars, power shortages, people getting sick and going missing, somebody is excavating something, constant reading and listening to PDA-s.

Turns out the Terra company are a subsidiary of UAC. The infection is actually caused by proximity to a buried red marker, which- if activated will awaken the C'tan Deceiver deep below Mars surface. 😄

I love this animation, the voice acting, heck I especially love the voice logs and recordings they added in! It brings in so much depth. Please continue Fooster!

I have never seen such realistic dialogue and animations in a game before. At 22:00 when he finds that body, the reaction feels so genuine its crazy. Not to mention the fact that you could tell the body was frozen solid from the environment.

It's always funny to see movies and video games showing their protagonists fighting the winds on Mars. The pressure on Mars is less than what a consumer grade vacuum sealer can achieve. So even the highest wind speeds on Mars wouldn't feel like more than a breeze.

This game blows me away. Such a unique style with it third person and there’s no running (yet?). You go exploring around and uncover the mystery. The intrigue about this game is so addicting. The story is great and the graphics and interactions are next-level. Looking forward to the next video, Fooster!

The environment feels so lived in!, The characterization is very good. The story is transfixing, the mystery playing out at just the right speed. Big praise to the devs for this one. I do wonder if some of these videos are actually unreliable narrators. You want to assume wyatt is telling the truth, what if all this is simply someone going nuts? If he was having a mental breakdown and projecting his symptoms onto others, and had a subconscious need to escape, he could have invented a virus are alien life to convince himself to kill everyone to "stop the spread", and hoping that he could escape even if he was taken into custody. That would be such an awesome twist if that were true. Nothing going on expect what can actually happen. The fragility of the human mind resulting in a terrifying situation which is something other than what it seems. Ohhhh I can't wait for you to finish this one!

The mo-cap full body, and facial acting, lighting, and granular visual detail of these engines is getting more, and more lifelike in these story-led games... that immerses us better than movies nowadays!
