Why didn’t the mom spend the money on her own place instead of furnishing her daughters fiancé’s Apartment to gaslight about it to him later. He is naive in any gesture she does “out of the kindness of her heart” it’s to show up the fiancé and win the daughters affection and so the daughter bases her sense of stability on her mom still instead of on what her selected fiancé can and will provide for her.

If he didn't ask for it to be done why would he need to say thank you?

You either did it because you did it out of love and if you didn't do it out of love and care, then you shouldn't have done it at all ! This was the "Sunhe Has Got to Go" (S4 E2) segment. No matter what, Jason couldn't win anything to save his life with these two; he was always at fault about something. Sunhe didn't just redecorate HIS home with her stuff, but she took over every aspect of it, including their child! Although Jason didn't, I was so glad when Jason's dad spoke his mind and basically told Sunhe she should move out and give them their space. It pissed her off and OMG, I LOVED it!

I love how Jason’s dad stuck up for him and let Angelica’s mom what’s up.
