This song i love to the core. It just expresses how the old relatives love you, you love them back. They (old folks) who love you don't expect a thank you, they just silently taste the heavy taste of satisfaction of a job well done, raising a kid, or being a supporting voice in trying times.

My grand parents died when I was five , the others before I was born . I didn’t have grands in my life. But there was an old man that lived near us when I was 10 , he would fix hotdogs and chilli and we’d watch football games. He was the closest thing to a grandfather that I ever knew.

I skipped out on a Benjamin Tod show with my wife out of fear he would play this song. It may sound gay but I can't finish it when it comes on. It's to much to close to me and my PA. He's gone and I have not got well yet.
