So I noticed that AI Dungeon actually managed to make a weird connection between its two scripts. Remember in episode 1 when Elise yelled at Shadow and said he destroyed her village but he didn't know what she's talking about? Now in this episode we find out Silver looked like Shadow before a meteor fell down and destroyed the village and also made him look like Silver. AI Dungeon is playing 4D chess with its own dumb bullshit lol
So, just as a quick recap -Sonic has been turned into a human. -Shadow is actually a being named Daedalus and has been villainous this whole time. -Charmy's full name is Charlemagne. -Shadow The Hedgehog for the PlayStation 2 contains a blueprint for the ultimate lifeform, though it looks nothing like Shadow due to government coverups. -Project Shadow/Daedalus was designed to create a human with powers similar to sonic. This creation is Silver. Shadow and Sonic may have also been created from it as well. Silver was also created as host to what is described as "Satan himself". -The real Shadow has been dead for awhile. Daedalus was a sleeper agent. -Silver was a resident of Soleanna until it was destroyed, having survived due to being on a class trip. Given Silver's nature, this may have been a lie. -Eggman may or may not have been behind the bombing of Soleanna, since Gerald mentions an instance where he was framed for something. -The VR device used by Tails, Knuckles, Silver, and Eggman to enter Shadow The Hedgehog for the Playstation 2 fucked up and wiped Tails and Knuckles' memories.
Silver did say that he was the actual Shadow the Hedgehog before the meteor changed him into what he is today, so "Shadow" might still be around and Daedalus just isn't aware of what Silver is, thinking the meteorite killed him or something. Still kind of unclear, though.
You know, the fact that Jason King defended Eggman against his charges of genocide despite the fact he fully belived he was guilty makes me think Sonic beating him half to death was not completely unjustified
But Eggman is (if Gerald is to be believed) both actually innocent and supposedly not found guilty, which means there was evidence that Jason used to prove he wasn't guilty.

Which gets even better when 'Shadow' is revealed to be Daedalus, who allowed his subordinate to orchestrate the event where Mayor King was beaten to a pulp. Even the main antagonist, who has no problem with hurting children, is taken aback by the apathy of the 'heroes'.

44:45 Silver's massive backstory exposition dump starts here. And it ends around 49:29 while still not explaining anything that is relevant to the plot. Did Rouge give AI Dungeon one of her weed crystals during this?
Time to overanalyze this: So in Episode 1, there were a few strange things that happened. The first is when there are two Shadows at once, with one sobbing on the ground. The other is when Elise mentions Shadow destroying her village, even though he doesn't know what she's talking about. With only the context of Episode 1, I wrote it off as just AI Dungeon being weird. HOWEVER now that we have Episode 2, we can actually explain both of these events. We now know that Silver is actually Shadow the Hedgehog, which is why Daedalus thinks that Shadow is dead; his appearance changed from Shadow's appearance to Silver's appearance. That's why no one could find him during his backstory, so everyone thought he was dead. In reality, *Silver* was actually the one who destroyed Soleanna, not Eggman. Elise is the only "survivor" (but we'll get to that in a moment) so of course she would know the truth, and accuses Daedalus/Shadow of destroying her village, but of course he wouldn't know what she was talking about since it was Silver/Shadow who did it, not him. It is still not confirmed whether Silver is lying and blaming it on Eggman, or whether he genuinely didn't know. The AI seems to suggest that he is lying, since he is the incarnation of Satan. This would explain the first event where there are two Shadows at once. The Shadow crying on the ground is actually Silver, reverting back to when he looked like Shadow for.... some reason? It makes sense that that Shadow would be Silver since before the duplicate Shadow appeared, Sonic, Silver, and Shadow were all together, yet after the duplicate Shadow appeared, Silver "coincidentally" vanished. Now, when Silver/Shadow is crying on the ground, he mentions that "she's dead because of me." The 'she' that he mentions also can be explained. During the scene where Knuckles appears out of nowhere in the forest, he says this: "I'm going to guess that's the same doctor that made that fake princess, then." This means that the Elise which we see in the story is actually a fake, and the real Elise is dead. It explains how she is somehow the only survivor of the disaster when everyone else died. Now the question becomes: is the doctor that made that princess Eggman, Gerald, or Daedalus? I am not entirely sure yet, but I'm leaning most towards Daedalus, since Daedalus/Shadow is the only one who knows about Elise being evil and tells it to Sonic. I'm still not sure though, since I don't know what reason Daedalus would have to warn Sonic about his own creation being evil when he himself is also evil. Also, Silver's line from Episode 1: "We're in grave danger! The killer is among us!" We had no idea what he was talking about before, but we now know: the killer is the one who destroyed Soleanna, the incarnation of Satan. And now that we know it's Silver, this means that Silver has canonically self-reported. Anyway the takeaway here is that AI Dungeon is actually a mastermind writer that definitely did *not* make these connections accidentally
One thing I’d also like to note is that Silver calls his dad King Gerald. My guess is that Gerald was Silver’s dad and when he lost Elise and Shadow (who he thought was dead but had actually just turned into Silver), he went mad with grief and turned to Daedalus for help, who helped him clone Elise and Shadow for him (hence all the Shadow clones) but made them evil for his own nefarious purposes.

Probably not. But the 'Elise controlling Sonic' plotline briefly considered in Episode 1 might be true if Silver was Soleanna royalty and secretly Shadow as while Elise was also flirting with Shadow this episode for some reason.
