Wow A+Start is ALLLLL over that blue spheres intro. The character art and flipping ring are obvious. I'm glad his work is being included in an official Sonic game.

The fact they’re using the prototype music here makes the decision to not use it in Sonic 3 even more baffling

THIS IS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. This collection is 10/10 now. Look at how much effort was put into blue sphere! It's the sequel to the blue sphere game Ive always wanted. This is why I bought . Gotta play some more levels. I encourage everyone to buy this collection. Or else.

As the female counterpart to Blue Sphere Guy, I will admit I geeked out a lot

dude that intro looks like it could be a title screen for a new classic sonic game, it looks so dang good

Okay so each color of the spheres has effectively to a special stage. Blue Spheres: Is the player's main objective is to claim the chaos emeralds! But it turns into red spheres when you touch it but make sure you keep your eyes peeled for it. If a player go a square rotation the blue spheres once one of the sphere in the middle, it turned into rings. Red Spheres: They're also known as (Goal Spheres) if a player touch it, It'll will end you run so don't touch them at all cost. Star Spheres: If you bump into them, it will invert your character moves backwards and your controls effect reversal. To make yourself move normal again press up-pad to move forward. Spring Spheres: These yellow spheres will bounce you to an different area where you can't be able to reach it. So use it wisely if you're having trouble to find them. Endurance Spheres: The new effect the spheres is the blue ones turn into green. Once you run to them, it will turn them back to blue spheres. Teleport Spheres: These purple sphere is the new ability that will wrap you to another area where you can find green spheres. So look out for them so you can encounter it to your advantage to find them.

Just a correction. Stealth said Headcannon developed this mode. Thanks for the upload, though :3

The name "New Blue Spheres" reminds me of the "New Challenge Stages" from Kirby's Dream Collection.

I've never played Sonic 3, but Blue Spheres in Mania gives me actual anxiety, so I'm glad I can have new stages to test my sanity lol

Sonic Origins is 10/10! Soundtrack is fire even if it comes from the PC version of S3&K,the cutscenes are so cool,the menu is amazing,the coins to retry special stages are useful and the hidden palace zone from sonic 2 is added outside the mobile version.

Soo they brought back the new blue spheres mode that it was first introduced in Sonic Mania but i was originally came from Sonic 3&K in the Origins collection. Truly nice package! 😍✨🔵✨🎮

It's actually not a new mode. Green and purple spheres were in Mania.
